Most customers receive their first quote within 2-4 hours during business hours. You'll typically get 3-5 quotes within 24 hours of submitting your request.

Will I be spammed with calls?

No. We only share your information with licensed movers who match your route. You'll receive calls from legitimate moving companies, not telemarketers. You can opt out at any time.

Are the movers really licensed and insured?

Yes! Every mover in our network is verified for active DOT licensing and insurance coverage. We check USDOT numbers, MC numbers, and insurance policies before adding them to our network.

How do you verify movers?

We check their USDOT number against the FMCSA database to ensure active operating authority and insurance coverage. We also monitor safety ratings, complaint ratios, and customer reviews.

What if I have a bad experience with a mover?

Contact us immediately. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will investigate any issues. We also encourage you to file complaints with the FMCSA and BBB.

Can I choose which movers contact me?

We match you with movers based on your route and needs. Once you receive quotes, you can choose which movers to work with. You're under no obligation to book with any mover.

How accurate are the price estimates?

What's the difference between binding and non-binding estimates?

How far in advance should I book?

What should I pack myself?

What items can't movers transport?
