By accessing and using Moves4U's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Moves4U is a free service that connects users with licensed moving companies. We are not a moving company and do not provide moving services directly. We facilitate connections between users and third-party moving companies.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our service only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Verify the credentials and insurance of any mover you choose

4. Free Service

Moves4U's service is free for users. We do not charge fees for quote requests or connections with movers. Moving companies pay us a marketing fee when we connect them with customers.

5. Third-Party Services

Moves4U is not responsible for the services provided by third-party moving companies. All agreements, contracts, and transactions are between you and the moving company. We recommend verifying mover credentials, reading contracts carefully, and obtaining binding estimates before booking.

6. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided through our platform are preliminary and may vary. Final pricing is determined by the moving company based on actual inventory and services required. Always obtain binding estimates before booking.

7. SMS Terms and Conditions

By checking the SMS opt-in box on any Moves4U form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive automated text messages from Moves4U. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving quotes or of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Program: Moves4U sends quote confirmations, mover match notifications, and move reminders. Partner moving companies do not send texts under this consent.
• Frequency: You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Moves4U does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notify us if your mobile number changes so we can stop messaging a number you no longer control. Our handling of SMS opt-in data is described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Moves4U provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of estimates or quotes
• The quality of services provided by moving companies
• The availability of movers for your specific route or date
• That movers will contact you within a specific timeframe

9. Limitation of Liability

Moves4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or from services provided by third-party moving companies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Moves4U harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or your relationship with any moving company.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
